M2 Junction 7 Brenley Corner Slip Roads Resurfacing - 22nd to the 29th March
Highways will shortly be carrying out resurfacing works to the East and West Bound slip roads at the M2 junction 7.
They will carry out this work from Monday 22 March 2021 to Monday 29 March 2021, working Monday to Friday only. To minimise disruption to our customers, we’ll work overnight from 8pm to 6am when there are fewer vehicles on the road. Details from Highways are provided below.
For the safety of our workforce and customers, the below overnight closures will be in place:
M2 Junction 5 to 7 Eastbound Closure
Monday 22 March 2021 to Monday 29 March 2021, traffic will be diverted off at the junction 5 slip, onto A251, A2 Canterbury Road to re-join M2 at Junction 7.
M2 Junction 7 Westbound Entry Slip Closure
Thursday 25 March 2021 to Friday 26 March 2021, traffic will be diverted onto A2 Canterbury Road, A251 to re-join the M2 at Junction 5
Please note that these works are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll advertise the closures on yellow signs placed in advance at the junction/alongside the road.
