TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14 (2) as amended by The Road Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991

Kent County Council gives notice that Kemsdale Road, Hernhill will be closed to through traffic, on or after 8 May 2018 for up to 7 Days. The road will be closed between the junctions of Staple Street and Kays Lane. There is no alternative route. Every effort will be made to maintain access for residents whenever it is safe to do so. The closure is necessary to enable the repair of a sink hole in the carriageway to be carried out by Kent County Council. This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site, and is valid for a period of no more than 21 days.
