Temporary Road Closure – Horselees Road, Boughton-under-Blean, Faversham – from 29 April 2019

TEMPORARY ORDER 2019

To allow works to be carried out to provide new electricity supplies, Kent County Council has made an Order to temporarily prohibit through traffic on part of Horselees Road, Boughton-under-Blean, near Faversham. A closure is planned from Monday 29 April 2019 for an estimated period of up to 2 weeks. Horselees Road will be closed in the general vicinity of Marion Gardens, the new dwellings west of Dunkirk Road. Local access to the remainder of Horselees Road continues from either direction up to where the road is actually closed. The alternative route for any through traffic is via The Street and Colonels Lane Due to the nature of the works, it will not be possible to re-open the road outside the working hours.
